Friday Evening Edition: Duikvaker for those whose weekend is already packed

Duikvaker 2027 Friday Evening Edition — a three-hour evening opening of the full diving trade fair. Friday, February 5, 2027, from 18:00 to 21:00 in Expo Houten, the Netherlands.

It's Friday afternoon, half past five. You check your phone. Saturday means standing on the sidelines of your daughter's football pitch, Sunday your son has swimming practice, and the diving club's WhatsApp group has a training weekend in the diary. Your weekend is packed. And yet you've been meaning to visit Duikvaker for weeks.

Welcome to the Friday Evening edition of Duikvaker 2027. Three hours, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, on Friday 5 February at Expo Houten.

A revival for those who sacrifice their weekends
A few years ago we tried a Friday evening edition, and in 2027 we're doing it again. The Friday Evening edition is designed for divers with weekend commitments — parents on the sidelines of a sports pitch, members of a diving club that heads out on trips at the weekend. Or simply: for anyone who likes the idea of avoiding the weekend rush.

This is not a separate show, and certainly not a scaled-back version. It's an extra evening alongside Saturday and Sunday, for those who need it.

Three hours, the full show
The evening offers exactly the same content as the weekend days. All 200+ exhibitors from 27+ countries will be there, presentations will be running, and at the Bonaire Plein — where the fourteen Bonaire exhibitors are gathered together — there's a dedicated bar with a daily happy hour.

In three hours you can do a round of the stands you really want to see, catch a presentation if you like, and still have time for a drink and a chat about your next trip. The catering on the show floor will be open and parking is free. One evening, not a whole weekend — but the full Duikvaker experience.

A separate ticket
A dedicated admission ticket will be available for the Friday Evening edition, valid for Friday evening only — not exchangeable for Saturday or Sunday. We'll announce the price shortly.

See you on 5, 6 and 7 February — and you choose which show day fits your weekend.
